Purchases & Refunds

We do not offer refunds on coaching sessions, programs, packages, or digital products, or template bundles once purchased, and delivered if a downloadable product.

We aim to respond to emails and inquiries within 1–2 business days. Coaching packages may include limited support via email or messaging — any additional support outside the stated package terms may require a separate agreement or booking.
